To make a Reservation:
- Sent an Email for your rental request to lokenathfoundationinc@gmail.com. We will help you choose an appropriate date/time/package for the rental you are requesting and provide any other info you need. Please include your phone number, purpose of rental & required usage in the email.
Space Rental Guidelines
- Religious and cultural preference
Priority is given to religious and cultural community functions - Facility use restrictions
- No alcohol, meat, fish, poultry, or animal products are allowed on premises; violations can lead to event cancellation and loss of deposit
- No alcohol is permitted in sacred spaces
- No sales or vendors are allowed
- No loud music that disturbs neighbors; volume must be controlled
- Children not allowed in the kitchen; max 4 people in kitchen at a time
- 9 hours per day is included in the base price, however, for each additional hour charges will be applicable
- 30 chairs/4 Tables are free
- Rental scope and costs
- Facilities may include main temple area, kitchens, dining halls
- Booking and payment
- Total payment for the required facility can be confirmed by the authority upon rental request through e-mail (lokenathfoundationinc@gmail.com) by mentioning the required details like for day, time, purpose of the usage etc.
- Deposit of $300 is required for the booking, with full payment due before the event.
- Cancellation policy: Refunds only if canceled at least one month in advance
- Verbal commitments are not accepted; written confirmation is required
- Cleaning and return
- Facility must be thoroughly cleaned after use; failure incurs cleaning charges
- Deposit is returned only after inspection and confirmation of adherence to rules
- Decorations and access
- Decoration requires prior approval; materials must be removed by the renter
- All decorations done for the event must be removed and facilities should be handed over back after all cleaning
- Hours and compliance
- Rental spaces must be vacated by 9 PM local time. Additional charges of 100$ will be levied if the time is exceeded
- Renters are responsible for any neighborhood complaints and their consequences
- Special considerations
- Events must maintain the ethical standards of a religious place
- Coordination with the event committee is required for private rentals
Kitchen usage Rules

- No loud musicthat disturbs neighbors; volume must be controlled
- Children are not allowed in the kitchen; max 4 Adult people in kitchen at a time
- Eating or even testing any food items are strictly prohibited
- Only booked utensils can be used for cooking. All Cooking & other Utensils used must be cleaned properly
- Kitchen area should be properly cleaned before handing over to the temple authority
